2) Will my consultant commit to my budget and not lead me in the wrong direction? Yes. Austin Affairs is one hundred percent committed to your budget and the management of it. We will help you organize and prioritize those things that are most important to you.
3) Will my consultant have a master plan identifying all the important details? We pride ourselves on our creativity, attention to details, and ability to find ways to add a little "extra". We have very detailed timelines and will always keep you informed on our progress. Your ideas and input are crucial to our success so your feedback is very important to us!
4) Can my consultant help with finding a location that fits my budget, needs and individual style? Austin Affairs will dedicate ourselves to finding the best location specifically for your style, budget and size of party.
5) Can my consultant give recommendation on vendors? Defiintely. Our vendors represent us, and we are very proud to recommend only the most trusted and knowledgeable vendors who will work just as hard for you as we do.
6) Will I be eligible for discounts with any vendors? Yes. We have an established and trusted vendor network that provides our clients with discounts. We can also help you negotiate a discounted fee with a vendor that may be outside our network.
7) Can my consultant review my vendor contracts? Austin Affairs will always refer you to vendors that we recommend, have used in the past and have familiarity with their contracts. However, in the case of a new vendor, we will complete the due-diligence on your behalf to review fine print, ask questions, and potentially resolve issues that could effect your event.
8) Will my consultant provide a master timeline to all the important parties? Yes! We love organization! We will provide a detailed timeline, including individual responsibilities, to all parties when necessary. One week before the event we will send out the list for your approval and bring copies to rehearsal. We will also provide a timeline to vendors and ensure all parties are prompt and prepared.
9) Can my consultant handle the stationary needs from the Save-the-dates to the thank-you's? Yes, Austin Affairs will be happy to help you with all your stationary needs. We can help you with suggestions, wording, mailings, etc…
10) Will my consultant guide me with wedding or event etiquette and the latest trends? Absolutely! We will be happy to guide you and make suggestions to help your event reflect you and your grooms personal style and traditions. We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the latest trends and would love to offer our expertise in this area.
11) Will my consultant handle all deliveries, arrivals, and other vendor necessities? Yes, we will complete a confirmation with all vendors a week prior to the wedding to ensure a smooth and seamless wedding day.
12) Will my consultant be my "go to" on the day of the event? What about emergencies, supervising vendors, and keeping everyone as calm as possible? We are here so YOU don't stress. We are fully prepared to handle any and every emergency, supervise all vendors and ensure a calm and relaxed environment.
13) Will my consultant ensure that my vision and desires are being met? Austin Affairs will act as your "voice" to make sure that your event is carried out exactly the way you want it. We will be your full supporter and defend your every whim and need.
14) Will my consultant help me plan and book my honeymoon? Yes, we can help make suggestions for travel agents, locations, and search for great honeymoon packages to fit exactly what you and your groom want and need.
