This package includes:

o Unlimited contact via email and phone

o Initial Consultation to learn about the bride and groom

o Access to Austin Affairs preferred vendor services at a discounted rate

o Provide planning timeline and checklist

o Access to Austin Affairs secure client site, view budget, chat with your planner, request appointments, view preferred vendor websites, and monitor the progress we have made on your event.

o Second consultation to discuss style, theme, and size of wedding

o Full event design to include unique & creative ideas to incorporate your personal colors, theme and style. Also offer suggestions on how to save money and time.

o Provide etiquette advice if needed

o Assistance with vendor selection, contracts and negotiations

o Provide suggestions and help with guest items such as gifts, welcome baskets, favors, etc…

o Assistance with finding hotel accommodations for out-of-town guest

o Provide assistance with selecting menus and rental items

o Provide suggestions for ceremony

o Provide guidance with seating arrangements and place cards

o Third consultation to discuss wedding itinerary and final weeks before the wedding

o Provide information for marriage license

o Final consultation to finalize layout and timeline for ceremony and reception

o Develop itinerary for rehearsal and wedding day and distribute to necessary parties

o Direct rehearsal coordination (1.5 hours)

o Distribute final payments to vendors

o Ensure that all decor is properly placed and make adjustments when needed

o Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres to wedding party

o Provide access to “Bridal Emergency Kit”

o Ensure proper placement of programs, sign in book, toasting flutes, etc…

o Bustling of wedding gown for reception

o Coordinate with DJ or band special selection music timing and act as MC if needed

o Greet, direct and offer any necessary instructions to guest

o Supervise all activities at the ceremony and reception.

o Coordinate the transportation of gifts from ceremony to reception as well as help load gifts into designated vehicle

o Supervise the coordination of the “honeymoon meal” for the bride and groom

o Ensure that the top of the cake is properly preserved and given to designated party

o Distribute tossing items and favors to guest

o Drop off gown for cleaning and preservation

o Return grooms tux if necessary

o Return reasonable rental items if necessary

Total Cost: $2750

Payment Policies:

To ensure your special day is reserved:

25 percent non-refundable deposit is required

Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to event

A $50.00 charge will apply to all returned checks

Payments are accepted via credit card through PayPal. (PayPal does charge 3 percent of the total amount paid)
